SUMMARY OF COMMISSION ACTION
The Housing and Human Services Commission considered this item on August 24, 2022.
The Housing and Human Services Commission voted to approve Alternative 1: Approve the draft assessment of Fair Housing as presented in Attachment 2 of the staff report. The vote was 4-1-1-1, with Commissioner Davis dissenting, Commissioner Hiremath absent and Commissioner Sell abstaining.
PUBLIC CONTACT
Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City's official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall, at the Sunnyvale Public Library, Senior Center, Community Center and in the Department of Public Safety Lobby. In addition, the agenda and report are available at the Sunnyvale Public Library, Office of the City Clerk, and on the City's website. Notice of a public hearing, including a 30-day public comment and review period, was published in a legal advertisement in the Sunnyvale Sun newspaper on August 12, 2022.

1. Approve the draft Assessment of Fair Housing as presented in Attachment 2 of the staff report.
2. Approve the draft Assessment of Fair Housing as presented in Attachment 2 of the staff report, with modifications.
3. Do not approve the draft Assessment of Fair Housing and provide direction to staff.
