The attached Colleagues Memorandum regarding Study Session on City Support for Organizing Community Events (Attachment 1) was submitted by Vice Mayor Srinivasan along with Councilmembers Cisneros and Mehlinger is included for Council’s consideration pursuant to Council Policy 7.3.19 (Council Meetings) (See Attachment 2).
