Description of Proposed Project
The project site is 1.16 acres in size and is currently developed with a 16,815 square-foot, one-story commercial building consisting of four tenant spaces, three of which are vacant and one occupied by a restaurant. The proposed project consists of demolishing the existing building and constructing 28 townhome-style condominiums in four three-story buildings.
