BACKGROUND
Description of Proposed Project
The project site is about one-half acre in size and is currently developed with a mix of 20 residential units (apartments) and ground floor office and retail (about 14,300 square feet).
The Development Agreement (DA) would allow development of a Class A office that exceeds the maximum office square footage and maximum height in an updated Downtown Specific Plan (DSP); the DSP will be considered for update by the City Council on August 11, 2020.
