BACKGROUND

This agenda item was scheduled for the October 24, 2023 (RTC No. 23-0992) and November 14, 2023 (RTC No. 23-1039) Council Meetings but was not heard by Council at those times.

 

The attached Colleagues Memorandum regarding Real Property Transfer Tax (Attachment 1) was submitted by Mayor Klein and Councilmember Mehlinger and is included for Council’s consideration pursuant to Council Policy 7.3.19 (Council Meetings) (See Attachment 2).
