BACKGROUND

This application was scheduled and advertised for consideration at the Planning Commission hearing of May 23, 2016. After staff’s review of the May 23, 2016 agenda, in an effort to better balance the agenda, staff recommends the Planning Commission continue this application to June 13, 2016.

 

The City Council is scheduled to consider this item on June 28, 2016.

This item was scheduled and advertised for the May 23, 2016 Planning Commission hearing. Re-notification of the revised Planning Commission hearing date is not required if the Planning Commission continues the item to a date certain. The Planning Commission action would serve as the legal notification of the continuance of this item.
