BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION
In January 2025, Council and the Mayor made various appointments of Councilmembers to Intergovernmental Agencies. At that time and pursuant to Council Policy 7.4.12, Mayor Larry Klein appointed a Primary and Alternate representative to the Cities Association of Santa Clara County (CASCC) Legislative Action Committee. Councilmember Alysa Cisneros was appointed as Primary and Councilmember Charlsie Chang as Alternate.
Councilmember Cisneros is not available to serve on this assignment, and Mayor Klein was required to appoint a new Primary. Notice is hereby provided that Mayor Klein has appointed Councilmember Charlsie Chang as Primary to the CASCC Legislative Action Committee and Councilmember Murali Srinivasan as Alternate.

Public contact was made by posting the Council meeting agenda on the City's official-notice bulletin board at City Hall, at the Sunnyvale Public Library and in the Department of Public Safety Lobby. In addition, the agenda and this report are available at the City Hall reception desk located on the first floor of City Hall at 456 W. Olive Avenue (during normal business hours), and on the City's website.
