DISCUSSION
This correction has been made to the Council Meeting Minutes of June 17, 2025 to correctly reflect City Council's direction at the June 17, 2025 Council meeting:

MOTION: Councilmember Mehlinger moved and Councilmember Cisneros seconded the motion to approve Alternative 2: Alternative 1 with the modifications:
- Approve the Applicant's Below Market Rate (BMR) Alternative Compliance Plan for the project located at 777 Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road as shown in Attachment 2 to the report, approve the amended Conditions of Approval (COAs) as shown in Attachment 4 to the report, and determine that the project is consistent with the El Camino Real Specific Plan Program Environmental Impact Report and no additional environmental review is required under the California Environmental Quality Act; and
- Provide the Community Development Director the authority to make a decision on Lot G. The motion carried with the following vote:
