This item was scheduled and advertised for the Planning Commission hearing on February 27, 2017. Staff requests continuance to better balance the agenda.

This item was scheduled for the Planning Commission hearing of February 27, 2017, and was advertised in the Sun Newspaper on February 3, 2017. If the Planning Commission continues this item to March 6, 2017, then that action will serve as legal notification of the continuance of this item.
