Report

REPORT IN BRIEF

City staff recommends that the Planning Commission public hearing be continued to a date certain of Monday, July 13, 2026.

The proposed project involves modifications to a designated Heritage Resource, which requires a Resource Alteration Permit (RAP) for consideration by the Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC). HPC review is required prior to Planning Commission action on the project.

HPC was originally scheduled to review the RAP on May 6, 2026. Due to a lack of quorum, it was continued to the HPC meeting on June 3, 2026. A second extension is being requested for HPC to consider the RAP on July 1, 2026.
