REPORT IN BRIEF
The Planning Commission considered this item on March 9, 2026. The Planning Commission had recommended Approval of Alternatives 1 and 2 (modified Conditions of Approval). The Planning Commission provided feedback regarding the landscaping and added a requirement to limit water discharge and to look into methods for additional vibration monitoring for residents (see Attachment 1 for an excerpt of the final minutes of the Planning Commission meeting of March 9, 2026).

This item was scheduled to be reviewed by the City Council on April 7, 2026. However, City staff and the applicant are recommending that this item be continued to a date specific of Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Moving the item to July 21 will allow the applicant and staff additional time to gather information on the questions raised during the Planning Commission meeting, and work on the Recommended Conditions of Approval.
