REPORT IN BRIEF
On October 23, 2023, the Planning Commission continued the item to November 13, 2023, to allow additional time for the applicant to prepare for the public hearing and fulfill onsite notice posting requirements. The applicant is requesting more time to fulfill onsite noticing posting requirements and City staff is therefore recommending that this item be continued to a Planning Commission public hearing at a date uncertain.
Staff will re-notice the project once the hearing date is finalized.
