The applicant requests a deviation from Sunnyvale Municipal Code (SMC) Section 19.48.100, which prohibits mechanical equipment from being installed between the face of a building and the street. The applicant also requests a deviation from SMC Section 19.38.020, which requires that mechanical equipment which exceeds sixteen inches in any dimension be screened. All setback requirements are met.
