Summary
The City Council met in study session at City Hall in the West Conference Room, 456 W. Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California on September 30, 2014 at 5 p.m. with Vice Mayor Jim Davis presiding.
Call to Order: 5:05 p.m.
City Councilmembers Present:

Study Session Summary:
Council discussion included questions, comments and provided direction to the Mayor's Subcommittee relating to an evaluation document for the City Attorney and City Manager.
Each Councilmember will have seven days from the study session to submit their recommended evaluation criteria in writing to the Mayor or Vice Mayor.
Council expressed general consensus that an outside facilitator will not be used, that the strategic plan will be used as a guideline for goal setting and that Council will convene in four weeks to finalize documentation.
