Project Description:
Staff will provide an update on the status and the process for considering the Butcher property annexation and development applications. Separate public hearings will be scheduled in the future to consider the proposed annexation, development applications, and Environmental Impact Report.
No written staff report will be prepared for the Planning Commission Study Session. No action will be taken by the Planning Commission.

Environmental Review: An Environmental Impact Report is being prepared as part of the development applications (anticipate release in fall 2015). No environmental review is required at this time.
