Report

On February 9, 2016, the Council voted 6-1 to adopt the attached ordinance amending the smoking regulations in Chapter 9.28 of the municipal code, with the addition of a prohibition on smoking within 25 feet of a transit stop. The attached version adds the transit stop prohibition to the version of the ordinance presented and approved on February 9.
