Report

Background

This item was originally scheduled and advertised for the Zoning Administrator Hearing public hearing on April 27, 2016. On that date, the item was continued to May 11 and again to May 25, 2016. Staff recommends the item be continued indefinitely to further evaluate revisions to the project. Once a new public hearing date can be determined, the project will be re-advertised and notices will be sent to surrounding property owners and residents.

 

Public Contact:  276 notices were sent to surrounding property owners and residents adjacent to the subject site in addition to standard noticing practices, including advertisement in the Sunnyvale Sun Newspaper and on-site posting. No letters or calls were received from the public by staff.
