Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) Presentation on the Next Network Draft Plan for Proposed Changes to Transit in Sunnyvale
The study session is to provide Council an opportunity to learn about the VTA’s Next Network Draft Plan (http://nextnetwork.vta.org/) for proposed changes to transit in Sunnyvale and determine if Council wishes to schedule an action at a future Council meeting to provide policy direction to the City’s voting member, Mayor Hendricks, and/or staff at that time. The deadline for submitting action or input to the VTA is February 20, 2017. The next opportunity for Council discussion is the meeting of February 7, 2017 or Council could add a special meeting between now and the comment deadline with February 17 as an option.
