This item was scheduled and advertised for the Planning Commission hearing on March 27, 2017. Staff requests continuance in order to properly notice the project.

This item was scheduled for the Planning Commission hearing of March 27, 2017, and was advertised in the Sun Newspaper on March 3, 2017. If the Planning Commission continues this item to April 10, 2017, then that action will serve as legal notification of the continuance of this item.

Staff recommends this item be continued to the Planning Commission hearing on April 10, 2017 in order to properly notice the project.
