BACKGROUND
On May 10, 2017, the Zoning Administrator considered the proposal for a Tentative Map, Use Permit, and Variance for a two-lot subdivision and construction of two attached two-story single family homes with zero-lot line side yard setbacks at 688 Morse Avenue. At the hearing, two residents requested to review the plans but did not provide comments. The Zoning Administrator took the project under advisement.
