BACKGROUND

This item was scheduled and advertised for the Planning Commission hearing on August 14, 2017. Staff requests a continuance of the rezoning of property to allow for proper public noticing for this item.

 

The City Council is scheduled to consider this item on September 12, 2017.

This item was scheduled for the Planning Commission hearing of August 14, 2017, and was advertised in the Sun Newspaper on August 4, 2017.

 

Courtesy email notices regarding this continuance were sent to the owners of the three subject properties and the interested parties list.

Continue the public hearing for this item to the Planning Commission hearing on August 28, 2017.
