PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The applicant proposes a 10'11" tall, 454 sq. ft. accessory structure consisting of a detached two-car garage (408 sq. ft.) and laundry room (46 sq. ft.) in the rear yard of a property with an existing 826-sq. ft. single-story, single-family home on a 3,650 sq. ft. lot.
