BACKGROUND
This item was scheduled and advertised for the Planning Commission Public Hearing of November 27, 2017. Staff is requesting a continuance to the December 11, 2017 Planning Commission meeting to allow additional time to complete the report.

PUBLIC CONTACT
Neighborhood Outreach Meeting:
A neighborhood meeting was held on September 7, 2017. No members of the public attended the meeting.

As of the date of staff report preparation, staff has received no comments from the neighbors.

Planning Commission Study Session: A study session was held with the Planning Commission for this project on September 11, 2017. The study session included discussion about the architectural design and landscaping. Since this meeting, the applicant has provided additional details regarding the materials, which will be provided with the full report to the Planning Commission.
