BACKGROUND
This item was scheduled and advertised for a public hearing at the City Council meeting of May 22, 2018. The Planning Commission hearing was continued from April 23, 2018 to May 14, 2018. Consequently, in order to avoid the need to republish the public hearing notice for the City Council and avoid incurring additional costs, it is Staff's recommendation that the City Council open the Public Hearing and continue this item to the City Council meeting of June 26, 2018.
