Adopt Ordinance No. 3134-18 to Amend Chapter 2.07 of Title 2 (Administration and Personnel) of the Sunnyvale Municipal Code Relating to Purchase, Sale or Lease of Real Property (PARCS)
Report
On June 26, 2018, the City Council approved, by a 5-2 vote, the first reading of the attached ordinance, with the following changes:
1. Change the requirement for Council votes related to sale, lease, or deletion/addition of PARCS properties from five to six votes.
2. Increase the notice radius for decisions related to sale or lease of PARCS from 2000 feet to 4000 feet.
