BACKGROUND

Description of Proposed Project
The 8,986-square foot project site is located on the south side of Yorktown Drive where the street meets Mandarin Drive. The applicant proposes to demolish the existing single-story, single-family residence, constructed in 1962, and construct a new two-story, single-family residence.
