PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

Report in Brief: The item was scheduled and advertised for the October 10, 2018 Zoning Administrator Hearing. The applicant is requesting a continuance to a date uncertain to allow additional time to complete project plans.  The project will be re-advertised for a future Zoning Administrator Hearing date. 

Public Contact:  269 notices were sent to surrounding property owners and residents adjacent to the subject site in addition to standard noticing practices, including advertisement in the Sunnyvale Sun Newspaper and on-site posting. No letters or calls were received from the public by staff.

 

The continuance to a date uncertain will serve as legal notification of the continuance of this item.  The project will be re-advertised for a future Zoning Administrator hearing date.

Continue the item to a date uncertain and re-advertise with new hearing date.
