BACKGROUND
This item was scheduled and advertised for the City Council Public Hearing on November 13, 2018. The applicant is requesting an indefinite continuance to allow additional time to work with staff to consider other options for the project (Attachment 1).

If this project is to be considered by Council at later date, the applicant will be required to pay an additional noticing fee for the re-noticing. If the applicant returns with a different application, the current project, File # 2018-7569 will be withdrawn.

PUBLIC CONTACT
Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City's official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall, at the Sunnyvale Senior Center, Community Center and Department of Public Safety; and by making the agenda and report available at the Sunnyvale Public Library, the Office of the City Clerk and on the City's website.
