PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 

Report in Brief: The item was scheduled and advertised for the December 12, 2018 Zoning Administrator Hearing. A continuance is needed to allow the applicant additional time to demonstrate Fire requirements for emergency access. 

Public Contact: 18 notices were sent to surrounding property owners and residents adjacent to the subject site in addition to standard noticing practices, including advertisement in the Sunnyvale Sun Newspaper and on-site posting. No letters or calls were received from the public by staff.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION

Continue the item to the January 16, 2018 hearing date.
