BACKGROUND
Previous Approval: An expansion project for this site was approved in 2014 but was not built. The new property owners are proposing this project, which is significantly different from the previously approved project and is considered a new project that requires approval from the Planning Commission.

Planning Commission Study Session: The proposed site and architectural design was presented to the Planning Commission at a Study Session on September 24, 2018. The Commission had generally positive comments on the architectural design of the project.
