Approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Sunnyvale and California Sports Center for the Management, Operation and Supervision of Public Swimming Programs at Fremont High School Pool.

SUMMARY OF COMMISSION ACTION

The Parks and Recreation Commission considered this item on July 10, 2019.  

 

The Parks and Recreation Commission voted to recommend the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement Between the City of Sunnyvale and California Sports Center for the Management, Operation and Supervision of Public Swimming Programs at Fremont High School Pool extending the term to August 31, 2022, in substantially the same form as in Attachment 2 to the report, and when all necessary conditions have been met.

 

The vote was 3-0, with Commissioner McCune absent.

 

PUBLIC CONTACT

Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City's official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall, at the Sunnyvale Senior Center, and Library and by making the agenda and report available at the Sunnyvale Public Library, the Office of the City Clerk and on the City's website.
