BACKGROUND
This item was scheduled and advertised for the City Council meeting of August 13, 2019 and was considered by the Planning Commission on July 22, 2019. The applicant has requested continuance of this item to the next available City Council agenda date due to an unforeseen circumstance that will prevent the applicant from attending the August 13 meeting. Therefore, staff is requesting a formal continuance of the City Council hearing on this item to August 27, 2019.

PUBLIC CONTACT
Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City's official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall, at the Sunnyvale Senior Center, Community Center and Department of Public Safety; and by making the agenda and report available at the Sunnyvale Public Library, the Office of the City Clerk and on the City's website.
