The project team will present bicycle and pedestrian collision data and level of traffic stress analysis for bicycling in Sunnyvale.
The goal of the Study Session is to:
1. Gather feedback on existing bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure in Sunnyvale.
2. Collect input on priority destinations and routes for walking and bicycling, including routes to and from schools.
3. Identify concept improvements to make walking and biking safer and more convenient.
The information collected would help the project team to develop priority pedestrian’s zones, to make recommendations on routes to and from schools, and to identify new and improved infrastructure in the bicycle network.
