STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Alternative 1: Accept the Arts Commission's recommendation to approve the artwork as it is proposed with the following condition of approval: Require the developer to submit a landscape plan to the Community Services Coordinator II prior to the installation of the art.

Staff concludes that the art proposal adequately meets the criteria of the Art in Private Development requirement; however, the landscape plan is not finalized so the art proposal has been reviewed without considering nearby landscaping and tree locations.
