Staff is requesting a continuance to the Planning Commission hearing of August 24, 2020 to conduct additional research in regard to state legislation that may impact the subject application.

This continuance to a date certain serves as a notice to the public. Staff will also require the notice board to be installed on site with the Planning Commission hearing date.

 

As of the date of staff report preparation, staff has received no comments from the neighbors.
