SUMMARY OF COMMISSION ACTION
The Parks and Recreation Commission and Board of Library Trustees considered this item on November 18, 2020.

The Parks and Recreation Commission and Board of Library Trustees voted to approve the Preferred Concept for the Lakewood Branch Library and Learning Center Project as shown on Attachment 5 of the Report. The Parks and Recreation Commission vote was 4-0, with Commissioner Dibb absent. The Board of Library Trustees vote was 4-0, with Board Member Cisneros absent.

PUBLIC CONTACT
Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City's official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall, Sunnyvale Public Library and Department of Public Safety. In addition, the agenda and report are available at the Office of the City Clerk and on the City's website.

ALTERNATIVES
1. Approve the Preferred Concept for the Lakewood Branch Library and Learning Center Project as shown in Attachment 5 of the report.
2. Provide other direction to staff as the Council deems appropriate.
