SUMMARY OF COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ACTION
The Community Events and Neighborhood Grant Subcommittee considered this item on December 9, 2020.
The Community Events and Neighborhood Grant Subcommittee voted to approve Alternatives 1 and 2: (1) Approve the FY 2020/21 grantee modifications and date change requests and (2) recommend that Council approve the 2021 Community Events and Neighborhood grant applications and funding levels as outlined in this report. The vote was 3-0.
PUBLIC CONTACT
Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City's official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall, Sunnyvale Public Library and Department of Public Safety. In addition, the agenda and report are available at the Office of the City Clerk and on the City's website.
ALTERNATIVES
1. Approve the FY 2020/21 grantee modification and date change requests.
2. Approve the 2021 Community Events and Neighborhood grant applications and funding levels as set forth in the Community and Neighborhood Grant Distribution Subcommittee Report (Attachment 1 to the report).
3. Take other action as determined by the Council.
