BACKGROUND
The application deadline was April 30, 2021. The deadline serves as a cutoff point to allow time to verify voter registration and schedule interviews.

DISCUSSION
The City received 37 applications for current vacancies on Boards and Commissions. Applicants are scheduled to be interviewed on May 10 and May 11, 2021.
Appointments to Boards and Commissions are scheduled for May 25, 2021.
PUBLIC CONTACT
Public contact was made by posting the Council agenda on the City's official-notice bulletin board outside City Hall, Sunnyvale Public Library and Department of Public Safety. In addition, the agenda and report are available at the Office of the City Clerk and on the City's website.
