Adopt Ordinance No. 3214-23 23 to Add Chapter 10.66 (PEDESTRIAN MALL ON SOUTH MURPHY AVENUE) to Title 10 (VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC) of the Sunnyvale Municipal Code establishing a pedestrian mall on South Murphy Avenue and to Amend various Sections of Chapter 10.56 (BICYCLES) of the Sunnyvale Municipal Code Related to Bicycles on Pedestrian Malls.
