Recommendation:
Take the following actions:
- Amend an existing Purchase Agreement (PA) with Valley Oil
Company, increasing the PA amount from $875,000 to
$1,555,000 for fuel;
- Amend an existing Purchase Agreement with Western States
Oil Company, increasing the PA amount from $400,000 to
$740,000 for fuel;
- Authorize the City Manager to extend the terms of each
Purchase Agreement through January 11,2027; and
- Authorize the City Manager to amend the new PA amounts,
subject to available budget, if pricing and service remain
acceptable to the City.

Recommendation:
Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the
Regulatory Agreement between the California Alternative
Energy and Advanced Transportation Financing Authority
(CAEATFA) and the City of Sunnyvale for sales tax exemption
on qualified recycling equipment for the SMaRT Station
NextGen Project.
