items not listed on the agenda and is limited to 15 minutes with a maximum of up to  
three minutes per speaker (one appearance per speaker). Note the Brown Act does  
not allow the Council to take action on an item not listed on the agenda. To address

Approve the List(s) of Claims and Bills Approved for Payment  
by the City Manager  
Recommendation:  
Approve the list(s) of claims and bills.  
1.B  
Award a Consultant Services Agreement to Biggs Cardosa  
Associates, Inc. in the Amount of $435,591 for Professional  
Services for the Preventive Maintenance of Various Bridges  
Project and Approve Budget Modification No. 5 in the Amount  
of $446,100 (F26-285)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Award a Consultant Services Agreement to Biggs Cardosa  
Associates, Inc. of San Jose in the amount of $435,591 for  
professional engineering services for the Preventive  
Maintenance of Various Bridges Project in substantially the  
same form as Attachment 1 to the report;  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement when  
all the necessary conditions have been met;  
- Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $43,559; and  
- Approve Budget Modification No. 5 in the amount of  
$446,100.

Award a Consultant Services Agreement to Callander  
Associates Landscape Architecture, Inc. in the Amount of  
$575,420 for San Antonio Park Renovation and Enhancement  
Project (F26-345)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Award a Consultant Services Agreement to Callander  
Associates Landscape Architecture, Inc. of San Jose in a  
not-to-exceed amount of $575,420 for professional services for  
the San Antonio Park Renovation and Enhancement Project in  
substantially the same form as Attachment 1 to the report;  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement when  
all the necessary conditions have been met; and  
- Approve a 10% contingency in the amount of $57,542.

Authorize the Issuance of a Consultant Services Agreement  
with Chandler Asset Management Inc., in an Amount  
Not-to-Exceed $1,050,000 for Investment Management  
Services (F26-558)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Authorize the issuance of a three (3) year consultant services  
agreement to Chandler Asset Management, Inc. for investment  
management services in an amount not to exceed $1,050,000;  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract when all  
necessary conditions have been met; and  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute up to two additional  
one-year extensions and increase the contract amount, subject  
to available funding and acceptable pricing and services.
