Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Approve the first amendment to the on-call services  
agreement with JJR Construction, Inc. in substantially the  
same form as Attachment 1 to the report to increase the  
contract amount by $500,000 for a new not to exceed total of  
$750,000;  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment when  
all necessary conditions have been met; and  
- Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement for up to  
one (1) additional year, and to increase compensation subject  
to budget availability, need, and negotiated pricing.

Award two Contracts and Authorize the Issuance of a  
Purchase Agreement to Catalyst Consulting Group for the  
Implementation of Salesforce Constituent Relationship  
Management (CRM) System, Licensing, and Maintenance and  
Support (F25-215)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Award a contract to Catalyst Consulting Group of Chicago, IL  
for the implementation of a replacement CRM system and  
CRM mobile application with a not-to-exceed amount of  
$800,945 (Attachment 1);  
- Authorize the issuance of a purchase agreement for up to ten  
years in the amount not-to-exceed $2,562,000 to Catalyst  
Consulting Group for annual licensing of Salesforce Public  
Sector Solutions CRM System within the Government Cloud  
and Bucher-Suter licensing for telephony integration to the  
CRM (the licensing fee will be paid on an annual basis);  
- Award contract to Catalyst Consulting Group for up to ten  
years with a not-to-exceed amount of $369,000 for  
maintenance and support of the Salesforce Public Sector  
Solutions CRM System, Mobile Application, and Bucher-Suter  
telephony integration system (Attachment 2);  
- Delegate authority to the City Manager to approve a 10%  
contingency for the project with a not-to-exceed amount of  
$80,095;  
- Delegate authority to the City Manager to amend these  
agreements for purchases of additional licenses and services  
subject to budget availability, and if providing pricing and  
services remain acceptable; and  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the contracts when all  
necessary conditions have been met.

Award of Contract in the Amount of $597,099.63 to FBD  
Vanguard Construction, Inc. for Murphy Avenue Pedestrian  
Mall Improvements and Approve Budget Modification No. 5 in  
the Amount of $48,107 (PW26-04)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Award a contract in substantially the same form as  
Attachment 2 to the report in the amount of $597,099.63 to  
FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. of Livermore, CA and  
Approve Budget Modification No. 5 in the amount of $48,107  
(PW26-04);  
- Approve a 10% construction contingency in the amount of  
$59,710; and  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract when all  
necessary conditions have been met.

Authorize the City Attorney to Sign the Combined Participation  
Form and Eight California State-Subdivision Agreements to opt  
in to the Proposed National Opioid Settlement as a  
Non-Litigating Entity Involving Opioid Manufacturers Alvogen,  
Amneal, Apotex, Hikma, Indivior, Mylan, Sun, and Zydus  
Recommendation:  
Authorize the City Attorney to execute the Combined  
Participation Form and eight California State-Subdivision  
Agreements, in substantially the same form as Attachment 1 to  
the report, on behalf of the City of Sunnyvale to opt in to the  
Settlements as a Non-Litigating Entity.

operation, and maintenance of solar arrays at the Lakewood

to the City of Sunnyvale Related to Sanitary Sewer Services,  
and Find These Actions Exempt from the California  
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Pursuant to CEQA  
Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).  
Recommendation:  
Adopt a Resolution Supporting the Reorganization  
(Detachment) of Certain Areas from the Cupertino Sanitary  
District located at 1609 - 1695 Hollenbeck Avenue in  
Sunnyvale, 9200 Phil Lane in Cupertino, and 91 homes  
bounded by Blaney Avenue, Bollinger Road, E. Estates Drive,  
and Lindenbrook Lane in Cupertino and to exclude the latter  
two areas from the Cupertino Sanitary District Sphere of  
Influence; Authorize the City Manager to Submit Applications  
for These Actions to the Local Agency Formation Commission  
of Santa Clara County (LAFCO); and Find These Actions  
Exempt from CEQA Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section  
15061(b)(3).
