implementation of a replacement CRM system and CRM mobile application with a  
not-to-exceed amount of $800,945 (Attachment 1 to the report);  
- Authorize the issuance of a purchase agreement for up to ten years in the amount  
not-to-exceed $2,562,000 to Catalyst Consulting Group for annual licensing of  
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions CRM System within the Government Cloud and  
Bucher-Suter licensing for telephony integration to the CRM (the licensing fee will  
be paid on an annual basis);  
- Award contract to Catalyst Consulting Group for up to ten years with a  
not-to-exceed amount of $369,000 for maintenance and support of the Salesforce  
Public Sector Solutions CRM System, Mobile Application, and Bucher-Suter  
telephony integration system (Attachment 2 to the report);  
- Delegate authority to the City Manager to approve a 10% contingency for the  
project with a not-to-exceed amount of $80,095;  
- Delegate authority to the City Manager to amend these agreements for purchases  
of additional licenses and services subject to budget availability, and if providing  
pricing and services remain acceptable; and  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the contracts when all necessary conditions  
have been met.

Bollinger Road, E. Estates Drive, and Lindenbrook Lane in Cupertino and to

- Draft language clarifying how the ordinance applies to federal contracts or to  
businesses that have the Federal Government as a client or a funding source;  
- Apply the ordinance to businesses with over 50 employees;  
- Clarify the for-cause termination details of the ordinance;  
- Perform outreach to business and labor groups to seek input; and  
- Return to Council within 1 year with the draft ordinance.  
FRIENDLY AMENDMENT: Vice Mayor Sell offered a friendly amendment to include  
studying adding additional employee termination notice requirements into the draft  
Service Worker Retention Ordinance. Councilmember Cisneros declined to accept  
the friendly amendment.  
FRIENDLY AMENDMENT: Councilmember Cisneros offered a friendly amendment  
to change the $25,000 or more threshold for contracts for building and/or food  
services to $50,000 or more. Councilmember Chang accepted the friendly  
amendment.  
MOTION AS AMENDED RESTATED: Councilmember Cisneros moved and  
Councilmember Chang seconded the motion to approve Alternative 2: Direct Staff to

MOTION: Councilmember Srinivasan moved and Vice Mayor Sell seconded the  
motion to approve Alternative 1: Introduce an Ordinance Amending Chapter 16.52 of  
the Sunnyvale Municipal Code to Adopt by Reference the 2025 California Fire Code  
with Local Amendments and Related Findings, and Amending Chapter 20.10 of the  
Sunnyvale Municipal Code, and Find that the Action is Exempt from the California  
Environmental Quality Act under CEQA Guidelines Section 15308, 15305, and  
15061.

Mayor Klein reported Silicon Valley Clean Energy customers were notified of  
refunds and potential future rate reductions.  
Councilmember Srinivasan shared their attendance along with the Mayor at the  
South San Francisco Bay Shoreline Phase I Project completion event.
