Obligation Bonds to Finance Municipal Improvements
Constituting Public Infrastructure of the City (New Main
Library); Requesting Consolidation with the Statewide General
Election and Election Services From Santa Clara County;
Directing the City Attorney to Prepare an Impartial Analysis;
Setting Priorities for Ballot Arguments.
