Chemtrade Chemicals US LLC in the Amount of $431,000 for  
Aluminum Sulfate (F26-430)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Award a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $431,000 to  
Chemtrade Chemicals US LLC of Parsippany, NJ to provide  
Aluminum Sulfate at the Water Pollution Control Plant (Plant);  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement when  
all necessary conditions have been met;  
- Authorize the City Manager to increase the not-to-exceed  
amount for this contract, subject to available budget provided  
pricing and service remain acceptable to the City; and  
- Authorize the City Manager to renew the purchase  
agreement for up to three (3) additional one-year periods if the  
(Bay Area Chemical Consortium) BACC regional award  
contract with Chemtrade Chemicals is renewed or extended,  
subject to the appropriation of funds by the City Council.

Solutions USA, LLC in the Amount of $753,000 for Sodium  
Hypochlorite (F26-431)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Award a Purchase Agreement in the amount of $753,000 to  
Univar Solutions USA, LLC of Chicago, IL to provide sodium  
hypochlorite at the Water Pollution Control Plant (Plant);  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement when  
all necessary conditions have been met;  
- Authorize the City Manager to increase the not-to-exceed  
amount for this contract, subject to available budget and if  
pricing and service remain acceptable to the City; and  
- Authorize the City Manager to renew the purchase  
agreement for up to three (3) additional one-year periods, if  
the Bay Area Chemical Consortium (BACC) regional award  
contract with Univar Solutions is renewed or extended, subject  
to the appropriation of funds by the City Council.

Award of Contract in the Amount of $764,394.20 to Graham  
Contractors, Inc. for the Annual Slurry Seal 2026 Project,  
Finding of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)  
Categorical Exemption Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section  
15301(c) (PW26-11)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Award a contract in substantially the same form as  
Attachment 2 to the report in the amount of $764,394.20 to  
Graham Contractors, Inc. of San Jose, CA;  
- Approve a 10% construction contingency in the amount of  
$76,439.42;  
- Make a finding of a categorical exemption from the California  
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA  
Guidelines Section 15301(c); and  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract when all  
necessary conditions have been met.

Authorize the Issuance of a Consultant Services Agreement  
With Mountain View Community Television (d.b.a. KMVT  
Community Television (KMVT)) in the Amount of $460,000 for  
Management of the Sunnyvale Government Access and  
Public Access Channels and Television Broadcasting  
Services (F26-361)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Award a three-year Consultant Services Agreement, in an  
amount not to exceed $460,000, to Mountain View Community  
Television (d.b.a. KMVT Community Television (KMVT)) of  
Mountain View, CA, for the management of the Sunnyvale  
Government Access and Public Access Channels and  
television broadcasting services;  
- Authorize the City Manager to execute the Consultant  
Service Agreement when all necessary conditions have been  
met; and  
- Authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement for up  
to two (2) additional years, and to increase compensation  
subject to budget availability, need, and negotiated pricing and  
to execute such amendments when all necessary conditions  
have been met.

Approve a Services Agreement with Frederick Burton  
Johnson, dba Interstate Auto Sales for Automobile Broker  
Services in an Amount Not-to-Exceed $3,000,000 for a  
Three-Year Period and Authorize the City Manager to Execute  
up to two Additional One-Year Extensions, Subject to Budget  
Availability (F26-315)  
Recommendation:  
Take the following actions:  
- Approve a Services Agreement with Frederick Burton  
Johnson, dba Interstate Auto Sales for Automobile Broker  
Services in an amount not-to-exceed $3,000,000 in  
substantially the same form as Attachment 2 to the report;
