Adopt a Resolution authorizing submittal of applications and

related authorizations for all CalRecycle Grants for which the

City of Sunnyvale is eligible.

Biennial Review of Priority Needs for Human Services and

Supplemental Human Services Funding Recommendations

Recommendation:

Alternatives 1 and 3: 1) Approve the list of priority needs as

stated in the staff report, excerpted from the City's 2020-2025

Consolidated Plan submitted to the Department of Housing

and Urban Development; and 3) Direct staff to adjust the

General Fund appropriation for human services grants to

$150,000 for FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27 to be included in the

FY 2025/26 Recommended Budget.
