Biennial Review of Priority Needs for Human Services and  
Supplemental Human Services Funding Recommendations

Alternatives 1 and 3: 1) Approve the list of priority needs as  
stated in the staff report, excerpted from the City's 2020-2025  
Consolidated Plan submitted to the Department of Housing  
and Urban Development; and 3) Direct staff to adjust the  
General Fund appropriation for human services grants to  
$150,000 for FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27 to be included in the  
FY 2025/26 Recommended Budget.
