The Immigrant Experience in Sunnyvale  
Equity, Access and Inclusion Manager Fernanda Perdomo-Arciniegas initiated a  
discussion during a meeting to address the immigrant experience in Sunnyvale and  
outline future plans for an event dedicated to this theme. The discussion  
emphasized the importance of gathering participants willing to share their stories at  
the event, with Commissioners tasked with leading the outreach efforts. The goal is  
to ensure diverse representation and engage the community in meaningful dialogue  
surrounding the immigrant experience.
