Chair Kesting called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

Sports & Aquatics Report  
Tracey Gott, Recreation Services Manager, presented an overview of Sports and  
Aquatics. Highlights included: sports and aquatics offerings, Sunnyvale Youth  
Basketball League, camps, gymnastics, drop-in programs, leagues, and outdoor  
sports assessment.  
Commissioners asked if volunteers need background checks, and how groups can  
partner with the city.

Commissioner Giri moved and Chair Kesting seconded the motion to  
approve the Consent Calendar as submitted.

Approve 2025 Work Plan  
Commissioners discussed approving the 2025 Parks and Recreation Work Plan.  
At 8:06 p.m., the fire alarm at the Civic Center notified participants to evacuate the  
building. The meeting was immediately adjourned. All remaining items will be  
discussed at the December Parks and Recreation Commission meeting.
