new 13-foot tall chain-link with barbed wire fence and installation of a
new eight-foot tall parking lot fencing and gates on 1111 Lockheed
Martin parcel and installation of a new 13-foot tall chain-link with barbed
wire fencing along the rear property line for the site at 1235 N. Mathilda
