Housing and Human Services Commission on items not listed on the agenda and is

Recommendation:  
Staff makes no recommendation. This report is being  
presented to the Housing and Human Services Commission  
for review and to allow the Housing and Human Services  
Commission with an opportunity to provide the City Council  
with a recommendation if desired.
